Menya Itto at Erawan Bangkok

About Menya Itto at Erawan Bangkok

Ranked as Tokyo’s best ramen shop by Tabelog—Japan’s most trusted restaurant review website—Menya Itto now opens its door at Erawan Bangkok. Chashu Itto Tsukemen is noted as a fan’s favourite as this spectacular ramen is cooked with only premium ingredients, especially its homemade Tsukemen ramen noodles imported from Japan. This noodle is generally firm so it can suck soup when being contacted and it contains rice germs so it releases aromatic scents and nutritious substances when being cooked. Inside a soup pot, the soup is composed of chickens, fishes, sakura shrimps and scallops. For alluring taste unlike others, everything is boiled and steamed for 18 continuous hours. This menu is a cold ramen meaning the ramen and toppings, namely pieces of chicken, shabu pork, streaky pork and a large sheet of seaweed, are served slightly warm while the soup in a separate bowl is served hot. Dip the ramen and toppings into the Tsukemen soup then eat it. After the ramen and toppings are consumed, customers are advised to complete the meal by pouring a diluter soup called “Wadashi” into the soup bowl and drink it. Menya Itto welcomes patrons with clean, bright interior ambience in a Japanese way.
