The Tomato, Strawberries and Beetroot Salad presents a vibrant combination of ingredients for those seeking a refreshing option. Additionally, guests can savour the chilled Ajo Blanco, an almond soup enhanced with red grapes, fresh herbs, and croutons, or relish the Roasted Red Capsicum Salad complemented by Quail Egg and white anchovies.
